Q From R.B., Lexington, N.C.: I suffer from endometriosis. I've tried lots of fertility drugs, but none have worked. I am desperate. Please help.

A I have found that endometriosis (the abnormal growth of the lining of the uterus) responds beautifully to herbal intervention. There are many herbs that will help, and I will highlight a few. Vitex agnus-castus (chasteberry) is excellent for women's health, and particularly for this condition.
